When more people are added to either side to the conversation and it grows to a number that is hard to control (content wise) the sources and information become less reliable and controllable.

Many-to-many communication isn’t a natural ability that humans are capable of having without being dependant on a certain form of technology to use as a vehicle to distribute those thoughts amongst the mass amount of people they have targeted as an audience. While certain facts and rules can be spread amongst large groups of people, there is control over what is spread between each person and that has some boundaries on what is spread. Mass Production and spreading of information is much more difficult tofind and stop the sources and the spread of rumors/false information.
