This chapter really incorporates all of the main topics that we covered while going over Hacktivism in class discussion during the first month of this Spring semester.
Hacking Capitalism & Legal Code definitely represents the connection that hackers and people who are electronically savvy enough to represent movements and thoughts online implement and affect the legal system and those who are involved in making important decisions that affect the mass groups of people. There are many projects that have been implemented to improve appearances and political parties while other projects are souly to represent the word of the people and what they wish to achieve and have heard.
Hacking Legal Code, Hacktivist Art Accountability: The way that people can get their points across and and instate laws that dictate how we surf the web and what we’re allowed to view. Hacktivist movements like SOPA and PIPA where people join forces online and to prove that as a whole people who are feeling the same way about topics and decisions that affect our day-to-day lives is an incredible poewr to have. Art accountability digitally means that these people who want to represent their abilities of programming and graphic design online and to be represented so that people can give notice and credit to the message that is trying to be portrayed.
Non Geographic Nation: People can communicate easily on a global scale within seconds compared to physical letters and mail which means that if a mass amount of people want to deliver a meaningful desire or message it can be received and understood and acted upon within moments. this helps also to develope deeper relationships over great periods of times to stay connected and have a form of communication.
